1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adeline Medical Village ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Adeline Medical Village is an online directory and marketplace connecting patients with verified medical professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare service providers across Uganda. We provide a platform for vendors to list their services and for users to discover and connect with healthcare providers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Vendor Obligations

Medical vendors listing their services on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about their qualifications, licenses, and services.
• Keep their listing information up to date, including availability and charges.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Uganda, including medical practice regulations.
• Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.

5. User Conduct

Users of the Platform agree not to:

• Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or content.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten vendors or other users.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

6. Listing and Content Policy

All listings are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to:

• Approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Modify or remove content that violates our policies.
• Feature, boost, or prioritize certain listings based on subscription packages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adeline Medical Village acts solely as a directory and connection platform. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, accuracy, or outcome of medical services provided by listed vendors.
• Any disputes, damages, or injuries arising from interactions between users and vendors.
• The credentials or qualifications of vendors — though we make reasonable efforts to verify them.

Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any medical professional.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Adeline Medical Village or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
